Cashew Queso
Enjoy your queso as a cold dip or reheat and use on nachos, tacos, burritos, potatoes and more!
MICROWAVE: Transfer to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15-30 second increments, stirring well in between each time. For a thinner queso, add your fave non-dairy milk 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Edges will thicken with heating.
STOVETOP: Transfer to a small saucepan. Heat slowly over Low heat, stirring constantly until heated through. Remove from heat promptly. For a thinner queso, add your fave non-dairy milk 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Edges will thicken with heating.
Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili
Our famous chili is delicious on its own, but also makes a great topping for nachos or potatoes.
MICROWAVE: Transfer to a microwave safe dish. Microwave in 1 minute increments, stirring well in between each time, until heated through.
STOVETOP: Transfer to a saucepan. Cook over Medium heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches a simmer and is heated through.
Classic Breakfast Burritos
Good anytime of the day, simply heat and serve. Like a crispy tortilla? Follow our instructions for toasting after you re-heat.
Note about the packaging: the foil and sticker/label are recyclable and the deli paper is compostable.
MICROWAVE: Remove from packaging, wrap loosely with a paper towel and heat on high for 1 minute. Flip and heat for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute until heated through.
OVEN: Remove the sticker/label, but keep burrito wrapped in packaging. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook (in packaging) for about 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Carefully remove packaging and enjoy.
TO TOAST: After burrito is heated through, lay seam-side down in a dry or minimally-oiled skillet and cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Flip and cook for an additional minute or until golden brown.
CocoBacon
Store in an air-tight container in a cool dry place (counter or pantry) or in the fridge.
Enjoy a CocoBLT at home as a wrap or sandwich: Layer 3/4 cup CocoBacon, sliced or diced tomato and fresh romaine lettuce. Top with salt and pepper to taste and your favorite dressing (try chipotle mayo). Add some flair with avocado slices or jalapeño.
Other ways to enjoy CocoBacon: Use as a topping on salads, potato soup, loaded sweet potatoes, curry, avocado toast, cookies, donuts or ice cream.
Kind Curry
Just heat and serve to enjoy the comfort of our signature curry.
MICROWAVE: Transfer to a microwave safe dish (separately or mixed together). Microwave in 1 minute increments, stirring well in between each time, until heated through.
STOVETOP: Transfer curry sauce to a saucepan. Cook over Medium heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches a simmer and is heated through. Transfer quinoa to a small saucepan. Add 2-3 Tbsp water. Cover and heat on Low, stirring occasionally until heated through by steam. If needed, add a bit more water so quinoa does not stick to the bottom.
